Ingredients
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced thin
- ¼ purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 red pepper, sliced thin
- 1 mango, sliced thin
- ½ sengkuang, sliced thin
- 2 Tbs pickled red ginger
- 2 Tbs chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 Tbs cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbs scallion, sliced
Sauce:
- 2 Tbs plum sauce
- 1 Tbs marmalade
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Peanut butter Buy it here

Steps
- Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together.
- Arrange all the fresh ingredients on a plate.
- Pour the sauce all over and toss to combine when ready to enjoy the Yee Sang
