Middle Eastern Pistachio Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbs pistachio butter Buy it here
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 dates, chopped
Topping:
  • Pistachios
  • Figs
  • Pomegranate
  • Dates

Steps

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into a jar.
  2. Top with any or all of the toppings of your choice.
  3. Put in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours before consuming to give the oats time to soften.
