Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 Tbs pistachio butter Buy it here
- 1 Tbs honey
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 dates, chopped
Topping:
- Pistachios
- Figs
- Pomegranate
- Dates
Steps
- Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into a jar.
- Top with any or all of the toppings of your choice.
- Put in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours before consuming to give the oats time to soften.
