Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Steps
- Season the fillets with salt and then sear till cooked on both sides to the doneness of your liking.
- In another pan heat the butter with chopped garlic till it starts to brown and smells like hazelnut.
- Once done pour into a bowl and whisk in the pistachio butter.
- Serve over the salmon.
